POLICIES - SHIPPING/CLAIMS/RETURNS

SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders over $250.00 (before tax). Orders under $250.00 (before tax) will include a $20.00 shipping fee. Orders placed after 12 PM EST are not guaranteed for same‑day fulfillment. Our team ships Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

CLAIMS
Blåkläder shipments are carefully audited for accuracy. However, if a claim must be opened for lost or damaged packages, reach out to our Customer Service team within 30 days.

RETURNS
New, unused garments may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange as long as the tags affixed. All submissions are subject to inspection and approval by our return department. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA). To obtain that number please visit our returns page. Please be prepared to provide 12 digit item number, sizes, reason for return, quantity and order confirmation number. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days on the items specified. A restocking fee of 25% may apply under certain circumstances. Cartons containing returns may not weigh more than 40 lbs. Shipping fees are not refunded or credited.

FOOTWEAR

Blåkläder North America safety footwear may be returned within 30 days with tags affixed and in original packaging. To be eligible for a return, footwear must be clean and in resalable condition, and may not be worn outside. If the footwear is not returned in the above manner there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.  Follow this link to fill in a return request form. 

All Blåkläder North America safety footwear will be backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This warranty is against manufacturing and workmanship defects. It includes seam tears and material defects. Punctures and cuts to the materials will not be covered under the manufacturing warranty. All warranty claims must be shipped to our footwear warranty department at the customer’s expense and are subject to inspection. Providing the warranty claim is valid, a replacement pair of the same style and color will be sent out. To submit a warranty, please follow this link. All warranty claims must be submitted with a receipt from original purchase. 

All safety footwear from Blåkläder North America will be backed by a 30-day comfort guarantee. If within 30 days you feel that the footwear is uncomfortable, you may return the footwear for a full refund to the original place of purchase. If these were purchased directly through blaklader.com please follow this link to fill out the form, submit a claim and receive return instructions. Returns will be made at the customer’s expense. If  this was purchased from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must have the original purchase receipt at the time of return.  

All Blåkläder safety footwear that feature the Freelock cable-lace system will also feature a 1 year function warranty. If you have any problems with the Freelock system, please follow this link to receive a replacement lace kit. Proof of purchase is required to validate each warranty claim.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTIONS

Our standard return policy applies to any purchased items that come with a free gift.

If you wish to return an item that was purchased with a free gift, the free gift must be returned along with the item. The gift is considered part of the promotion and is only valid with the qualifying purchase. If the free gift is not returned along with the purchased item, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

You may exchange the purchased item for the same product in a different size or color.

PROMOTIONAL ORDERS

Our standard return policy applies to any purchased items that are part of a promotion. When returning an item purchased at a discount, you will be refunded the amount you paid for that discounted item. You may exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color.
