How do I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation after placing your order.

Can I select a delivery address in a country other than where I placed the order?

You are on the Blaklader Canada website. Currently, we can only deliver to addresses within the same country where the order was placed. For international orders, please place the order from the country's specific webshop.

How do I know when a product will be back in stock?

You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We'll send you an email as soon as the product becomes available again.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, our webshop uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing to protect your personal and financial information.

How do I cancel or change an order?

Once an order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you selected the incorrect size, you may request an exchange once you receive your order. If you placed your order by accident and would like to cancel, you may request a return once your order has been delivered.

I can't place an order – what am I doing wrong?

Please ensure all required fields are filled in correctly, your payment method is valid, and the items are in stock. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache or contact our support team.

What carriers do you ship with?

Blaklader uses Canada Post, Loomis or UPS to ship orders within Canada.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

As soon as your order has shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout containing your tracking number.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

All orders placed before 12 p.m. EST ship out the same day. Please note that while we always strive to meet this timeline, unforeseen circumstances outside of our control may occasionally cause delays.We do not ship orders outside of business hours.

My tracking number shows my order was delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived. Please reach out to casupport@blaklader.com and our customer service team will look into it and assist you right away.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process. Our returns team will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RMA#) and a return shipping label. Please note that a return label is provided for the initial return on each original order only.

How do I know what the correct size is for me?

You will find a link to our size guide on every product page. The size guide will walk you through how to measure yourself to find the best fit. If you receive your order and find that the size isn't quite right, don't worry we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

If a product is out of stock, can I order it and have it shipped when it comes back in stock?

Unfortunately we are not able to take orders for products that are not currently on hand.

How is your product sized?

Our pants are sized by waist and length — for example, 32x30 indicates a 32" waist and a 30" length. Our tops are sized XS through 5XL, though sizing may vary on certain products.

Do your pants come with kneepads?

Kneepads are sold separately. We carry several sizes and styles to choose from to suit your needs.

Can the utility pockets be removed?

On select pant models, utility pockets are fully removable. On all other styles, the utility pocket can be tucked into the front pocket when not in use. Check the individual product page description to confirm which option a pant has.

How do I become a Blaklader dealer?
