Love this Jacket. I've had a few softshells and this is the best by far. Fit is great, and the build is tight. The repellency and breathability of the fabric is better than any I've had. Cleans easily, [you know site dust is crazy!] I just wipe with a moist microfibre cloot and it looks new again. Price is great for a jacket of this quality.

Jacket is nicely build but maybe not to airy and will condense water

I got this to basically replace my company-issued ski jacket (as a ski area, we partner with various outdoor companies to outfit the crew but ski companies don’t always make mechanic-friendly clothing). This jacket is windproof, comfortable to both ski and maintain lifts in, and durable. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I’ve had to sew the waist and hood drawstrings back in. Otherwise, another excellent Blåkläder product.

I have had this jacket through all of a wet winter and spring. Very high quality, very comfortable and waterproof yet breathable. My only quibble is that the upper zippered pocket isn't secured at the bottom so it can swing out if the jacket is open.

Jacket was very dirty when recieved, I wore it all day and felt like I needed to be delaused after wearing fresh out of packaging. I am disappointed Such a reputable brand is resorting to what seems like unhygenic labor and dirty factories or distribution centers. After washing it, the jacket is great, quite thin, but a decent soft shell for under a raincoat.

Excellent construction and warm. The waist cinch really helps keep the wind from coming up underneath. I do excavation at over 10k ft, and this is my jacket of choice for most of what nature throws at me up here.

I had an original version of this jacket which I loved, but recently lost. So, I order two new ones thinking I would love them just as much. The original one I lost had a good fitting athletic cut and rubber velcro straps at the cuffs, like other high quality tech gear. The new ones have floppy fabric cuff straps. Pretty disappointed that the jacket's quality got down-graded.
