This is where you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our workwear and services. Please contact us if you have a question of your own.

1. I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?

When you select “check out”, the next page will show you a field to enter your discount code. Make sure you enter it exactly as it was provided.

2. HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirmation once we have entered your order.

3. WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU SHIP WITH?

Blaklader uses Canada Post to ship out orders within Canada.

4. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

As soon as we ship out your order an email is sent to the email address you have provided with your tracking number.

5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?

All orders ship out from our facility the same day as long as they were placed before 12 p.m. EST. Please note that we strive to keep this timeline but sometimes unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control may occur.

6. WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE EVEN THOUGH THE TRACKING NUMBER INDICATES IT WAS DELIVERED?

We apologize that you have not received your order. Please reach out to info.canada@blaklader.com and our customer service team will assist you.

7. HOW DO I SET UP A RETURN / EXCHANGE?

Please visit our return/exchange page to start the process. Our return team will provide you with an Retrn Material Authorization number (RMA#) and label. We provide a return label only for your initial return with each original order.

8. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once orders have been submitted, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations. If you selected the incorrect size, you may do an exchange once you receive your order. And if you placed your order by accident and would like to cancel it you may request a return once you receive your order.

9. WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I AM HAVING ISSUES ON-SITE?

We apologize for any web issues you are having. Please reach out to info.canada@blaklader.com so we may assist you.

10. HOW DO I KNOW IF SOMETHING IS IN STOCK?

If you are able to add the product to your cart we currently have stock available. If you are not able to add the product to your cart we are sold out at the moment. You can reach out to our customer service team and they can provide you with an estimate on when the product will be available.

11. IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, CAN I ORDER IT AND HAVE IT SHIPPED WHEN IT ARRIVES BACK IN STOCK?

Unfortunately no, we are only able to take orders for products we have on hand.

12. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE CORRECT SIZE IS FOR ME?

You will find a link to a size guide on every product page. This will help guide you on how to measure yourself to find the size best suited for you. If you have selected a size that you find does not fit well once you have tried it on, don’t worry we have a 30-day return/exchange policy.

13. HOW IS YOUR PRODUCT SIZED?

Our pant sizes are marked first by waist size and then length, for example, 32×30 would be a 32 waist by 30 length. Our tops are sizes XS – 5XL (sizes may vary on certain products).

14. DO YOUR PANTS COME WITH KNEEPADS?

Our kneepads are sold separately. There are several sizes and styles available to choose from.

15. CAN THE UTILITY POCKETS COME OFF?

Only on our 1622 pants, all other pants you can tuck the utility pocket into the front pocket if you have no need for it at that moment.

16. HOW CAN I BECOME ONE OF BLAKLADER'S DEALERS?
